Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated: September 2026
1. Overview
This page describes how card refunds and subscription cancellation work on T.O.M.B. It complements our Terms of Service. Crypto network fees paid to Base (or other chains) are outside our control and are not refundable by T.O.M.B.
2. Memorial permanence
Once a memorial is finalized to permanent storage, core memorial media cannot be deleted. Fees for successfully created memorials are generally non-refundable after fulfillment. If you are unsure before minting, contact support@tombs.app.
3. Failed card fulfillment (automatic refund)
When you pay by card (via our payment processor) and we cannot complete the on-chain fulfillment — for example a transaction revert, capacity limit, or amount mismatch — we attempt an automatic full refund of that card payment.
If the automatic refund cannot be completed, our team is alerted and will resolve the payment manually. Email support@tombs.app with your checkout or order reference if you need status.
4. Tribute subscriptions
Recurring tributes (including Eternal Flame on card) can be cancelled so they do not renew after the current billing period. Cancel from the memorial tribute settings or your billing management flow; access to the living tribute continues through the period you already paid for.
We do not automatically refund unused time in a billing period when you cancel at period end.
5. One-time tributes & vouchers
Successfully delivered one-time tributes are generally non-refundable. The same automatic-refund path in section 3 applies if card payment succeeded but fulfillment failed.
Launch waitlist vouchers are promotional credits. Lost or unused codes: contact support@tombs.app; we may re-issue at our discretion when abuse checks pass.
6. How to request help
Use the contact form or email support@tombs.app. Include the memorial link or token id, wallet address (if any), and Creem/checkout reference when paying by card.
