By accessing or using T.O.M.B, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

T.O.M.B provides a decentralized platform for creating permanent digital memorials using blockchain technology.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain security of your wallet and private keys
• Ensure all content respects the memory of the deceased
• Do not upload illegal or harmful content
• Obtain necessary permissions for shared media

4. Content Permanence

Memorials stored on Arweave are permanent and cannot be deleted. This is intentional—memorials are meant to last forever.

5. Privacy

Memorials are private by default. Only the custodian and invited visitors can view content. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Payments, refunds & cancellation

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Fees for successfully fulfilled memorials and tributes are generally non-refundable after fulfillment. If card payment succeeds but we cannot fulfill on-chain, we attempt an automatic refund. Recurring tributes may be cancelled at period end. Details: Refunds & Cancellation.

T.O.M.B is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
